Sales Policy

Credit Card Ordering Policy:

Trac accepts Visa, MasterCard, discover, and Pay-Pal. If you are a new customer, your order will be shipped to the card holders billing address only! This information will be checked and cleared through the credit card companies. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Ordering Policies & Procedures:

Trac will ship any normally stocked item UPS ground, 3 day or 2nd day air as standard policy. All next day air orders must be pre-paid and will not be shipped cod. Due to the wide variety of configurations, all swingarm orders are considered “special order” items and are non-returnable. Any speclal order or custom made item requlres a 50% deposit by either mail or credit card. Product may be sent cod for the balance. A speclal order ltem may not be cancelled or returned once it has been placed on order. All back orders will be automatically shipped if they become available within 30 days. Due to a number of possible reasons, special order or custom made items may take several weeks to complete. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the product cannot be shipped within a 12 week period. Should an order take longer to complete, Trac will cover ground shipping charges.

Returns:

Normally stocked items may be returned if purchase was made within the last 30 days.
Customers will be given credit only. Refunds will only be given if the parts were deemed to be defective.
